Last 30 days
Average when each factor applied
This is health information, and it
stays on this device. No account, no server, no sync. That also means a
backup file is the only copy — if you clear your browser, it is gone.
How to use Steadylog
- Set it up once. Name what you're tracking, name what you rate 0–10, and tap the factors you want to watch. Tap Start logging.
- Each day, tap a number 0–10. Green is a good day, red is a bad one. Be honest rather than precise — roughly right every day beats exactly right once a week.
- Tap whatever applied — slept badly, stressed, missed a dose. Tap a tile again to un-tick it.
- Tap ✓ Save today. That's the whole daily job. Ten seconds.
- Log the good days too. ⭐This is the one that matters. The app works by comparing good days with bad ones — with only bad days there is nothing to compare and it can't tell you anything.
- After about two weeks, tap ◈ What moves it. It shows which factors line up with your worse days, and by how much.
- Before an appointment, tap ↕ Backup then 🖨 One page for the doctor.
Changing or clearing things
- Un-tick a factor for today — tap the tile again. Or tap ✕ Clear to reset the whole day's entry.
- Add or remove factors you track — tap ⚙ Add / remove factors at the top, tap tiles on or off, then Start logging. Days you already saved keep what you recorded at the time.
- Fix or delete one day — ▤ History, then the 🗑 on that row. To correct it instead, tap 📅 Log another day, enter that date, and save over it.
- Erase everything — ↕ Backup → Delete everything. It asks twice, and there is no undo.
⚠️ This is not medical advice and not a diagnosis. Steadylog only
adds up what you type in. It cannot tell you what is wrong with you, and
it is not a substitute for your doctor. Take it to your doctor — do not
use it instead of one.
⚠️ A pattern is not a cause. If your bad days line up with poor
sleep, that may mean sleep affects the condition — or that the condition
wrecks your sleep — or that a third thing causes both. This app shows you
what lines up. Working out why is a conversation with a doctor.
Why the numbers need time. With a handful of entries any pattern is
chance. The app tells you plainly how confident it is, and stays quiet
until each factor has enough days behind it.
Log even on good days. This is the part people skip, and it is the
part that makes the comparison mean anything — you cannot tell what makes
a day bad without days that were fine.
The doctor's page prints your averages, your trend and your top
factors on one sheet. Ten minutes of appointment time is not enough to
scroll a phone.
